Q: Why does my power bank only show 13,400mAh?

A: The actual capacity of this power bank is 26,800mAh at an output voltage of 3.6V. The labeled capacity of 13,400mAh at 7.2V is just another way to express the same energy output. There is no discrepancy, so don't worry.

A:The input and output specifications of the customer's cables do not match those of the power bank, causing slower charging speeds when the power bank charges other devices.
