Why does my multimeter not show results？

1) The plugs of test leads are not fully inserted or not inserted into the correct sockets. Please refer to the manual to reinsert them. 2) Please make sure the dial is set to the correct range.
What should I do if this item does not work?

Incorrect testing may have caused the fuse to blow. Please replace it with new fuses.
Does it work for Low voltage？

Note: This multimeter can not measure AC voltage below 100mV. It does not apply to scenarios such as body voltage.
